All parents/carers are required to complete a form when their child starts the school naming the adults who can collect their child(ren).  If a different adult is collecting your child please can you inform the school office before the end of the day. 

Children from Year 5 and Year 6 can be given permission to walk home from school independently by filling in the authorisation form or by contacting the school office.

Parking

Parking in Cock Lane is limited and we ask you to be courteous in your parking, not blocking resident’s drives, stopping on the school zig zags or by parking in the old doctor’s surgery entrance. 

We have an arrangement with The Queen’s Head and the Village Hall that their car parks can be used by parents for school drop off and pick up.  When using the Village Hall car park you can cross the playing fields on the tarmacked path to reach the school.

Dogs

We would like to remind parents/carers that the school site is dog free and dogs should not be brought into the playground, this includes dogs being carried.

Smoking

The whole school site is a no smoking zone, this means that smoking is not allowed anywhere or at any time over the entire school premises including outside grounds and car park. These restrictions also apply to the use of electronic cigarettes.
